Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Commercial Manager or Senior QS in volume residential development.
• Deep knowledge of UK housebuilding, regs, and contract law.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and stakeholder skills.
• COINS experience.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial lifecycle across multiple high-volume residential sites.
