• Experience as Commercial Manager or Senior QS in volume residential development.
• Strong understanding of the UK housebuilding market, building regulations, and contract law.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• COINS experience.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the commercial lifecycle across multiple high-volume residential sites.
• Drive robust cost-control, budget management, and rigorous financial reporting.
• Oversee large-scale procurement, tender processes, and sub-contractor negotiations.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing regional team of Quantity Surveyors.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks to maximise project margins and ensure on-time delivery.
