Job summary

Peel Ports Group is seeking a Commercial Manager for Unitised Cargo in Liverpool. You will build strategic relationships with Shipping Lines, develop end-to-end product propositions, and own the sales plan to drive volume and EBITDA.

Regular travel is required as you lead negotiations, manage contracts, and use market insights to engage and grow our customer base across unitised terminals.

Qualifications

• You will have a track record in commercial, sales or account management roles.
• Experience in shipping, ports, logistics or unitised cargo markets is beneficial.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and strategic intents using data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the Shipping Line sales plan to drive volume and revenue.
• Build innovative propositions and end-to-end product opportunities with Shipping Lines.
• Lead negotiations, contract management and CRM activity across the sales lifecycle.
