Kier Group is seeking a Commercial Manager to join the London Tunnels Maintenance team at Blackwall Tunnel and Fore Street Depot. The role focuses on commercial governance, contract performance and value delivery for reactive maintenance, planned works and incident response in London's critical tunnel network.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in commercial management within highways, infrastructure or maintenance contracts.
• Knowledge of tunnel infrastructure or ability to rapidly develop expertise.
• Understanding of Highways Metr and measurement practices, CVRs and revenue recognition.
• Experience delivering month-end processes, WiP, debt management and forecasting.
• Strong NEC contracts experience, especially NEC TSC, and subcontract oversight.

Aufgaben

• Lead subcontract procurement, task orders, payment certification, change control and performance management.
• Price maintenance and infrastructure works, manage compensation events and opportunities to increase value.
• Prepare monthly revenue applications and maximise recovery of entitlements.
• Produce month-end reporting including CVRs and cost analysis.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, monitor turnover and margin.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Partner with contract leadership to deliver maintenance and infrastructure services.
• Engage with clients and present commercial insights and reports.
