DNA Recruit is seeking a commercially minded Commercial Lead for a flagship Midlands retail account. You will own strategy, drive growth, and lead cross-functional teams across client development, delivery, creative and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will shape account strategy, identify revenue opportunities, and ensure campaigns deliver commercial impact with strong financial control and governance.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level marketing/advertising experience.
• Experience leading major retail client accounts.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Proven track record of growing client partnerships.
• Experience working across retail media and experiential campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic direction and commercial performance of a major retail client account.
• Develop long-term account growth plans and expand services.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships and provide strategic guidance.
• Coach multidisciplinary teams for high performance.
• Oversee delivery of integrated retail, shopper marketing, and brand activation campaigns.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, profitability and resources.
• Drive innovation in retail media and experiential experiences.
• Establish governance and reporting frameworks for campaigns.
