Job summary

EDF is seeking a Commercial Lead to shape and deliver the commercial growth agenda within the Business Supply portfolio. You’ll collaborate with sales, trading, pricing, product and operations to translate market insight into growth opportunities and improved customer value.

In a hybrid role with Exeter-based collaboration, you’ll influence decisions across a broad stakeholder network and support regulatory change programmes while expanding exposure to portfolio, pricing and proposition

Qualifications

• Commercial analysis and translating market, customer or performance data into actionable recommendations
• Working within complex commercial environments, ideally within energy, utilities or regulated sectors
• Supporting sales growth through performance monitoring, pipeline analysis and commercial governance
• Building effective relationships with stakeholders across commercial, operational and technical functions
• Assessing market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements to inform commercial decision-making
• Managing or supporting portfolio, proposition or pricing-related activity
• Communicating commercial insights and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and delivery of commercial growth strategies across the Business Supply portfolio
• Analysing market, customer, broker and competitor data to identify commercial opportunities and risks
• Acting as a key interface between Supply Sales and Trading and Pricing teams
• Monitoring portfolio, pricing and sales performance to improve commercial outcomes and customer value
• Supporting business readiness for regulatory and industry change programmes, including market reform initiatives
