Martin-Baker Aircraft Company Ltd is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to act as the financial heartbeat of the business. You will partner with Commercial, Engineering and Sourcing to provide advanced financial data for strategic decisions, including bids, pricing and profitability analysis.

In this role you will move away from transactional journals toward forward-looking modelling and process automation, with exposure to international travel.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with relevant manufacturing/engineering exposure.
• Advanced Excel skills beyond pivots and XLOOKUPs (Power Query, VBA or Macros).
• Experience extracting and analysing data in SAP; Oracle acceptable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across finance and non-finance teams.
• Interest in 3-statement modelling, profitability analysis and business drivers.

Responsibilities

• Business partnering with Commercial, Engineering and Sourcing teams to provide financial data for decision-making.
• Collaborate on pricing, bids and proposals, including critical bid packs.
• Focus on forward-looking analysis, profitability and risk identification.
• Build and automate financial reporting models using Power Query.
• Present meaningful financial insights to senior stakeholders.
