Job summary

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is seeking a Project Commercial Director to join our Nuclear business, leading commercial excellence across major infrastructure and design & build projects.

This senior leadership role requires extensive experience managing complex contracting environments, supply chain strategies and large-scale project delivery, with a focus on risk management and governance. You will oversee relationships with clients and partners across Cumbria and Warrington sites.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in Commercial Director or equivalent.
• Strong contracting background across major infra and design & build projects.
• Experience with supply chain procurement and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial function across a portfolio of major projects and programmes.
• Provide strategic commercial leadership to support growth and delivery.
• Manage complex contractual arrangements throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive commercial performance, risk management and governance.
• Develop relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Lead supply chain procurement strategies and commercial negotiations.
• Support bid development, contract execution and dispute avoidance.
