Job summary

Jobtailor in Greater London is seeking a senior Commercial Planning & Analytics professional to drive strategic decisions for the Premier business. You will build business cases, develop commercial plans and deliver robust MI and dashboards to underpin growth and performance.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, change delivery experience and the ability to translate complex priorities into actionable initiatives within a regulatory context.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering commercial insight, analysis and reporting from ideation to implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders.
• Change implementation and delivery experience.
• Knowledge of relevant legal policies, regulatory and risk obligations as they impact initiatives.
• Strategic thinking to simplify complex, competing priorities and communicate them clearly.
• Ability to drive executional excellence amid ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated commercial planning and analysis for strategic projects supporting the Premier business.
• Develop business cases and commercial plans underpinning investment decisions and prioritisation.
• Deliver Premier commercial analysis and reporting.
• Surface MI and insights to identify commercial opportunities aligned with the Premier growth strategy.
• Influence and optimise MI delivery for clear financial understanding.
• Turn evidence into decisions that prioritise investment and growth.
• Support Premier Transformation with timely insights and business cases.
• Review distribution metrics and provide performance analysis across Premier.
• Collect commercial data to produce clear business-level reporting.
• Prepare concise submissions and data for senior stakeholder briefings.
• Create dashboards showing commercial performance.
