Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience using data extracts to solve business problems.
• Ability to interpret data, provide actionable recommendations and identify key trends.
• Experience supporting regulatory reporting, risk and audit requests.

Responsibilities

• Generate key management information to support business direction.
• Design and deliver enhancements to reporting strategies for an enterprise view for stakeholders.
• Provide analysis and insight into Service Levels, Incidents, and their impact on customers and business.
• Use advanced Excel to manipulate and interrogate data from large datasets.
• Interpret results and produce actionable recommendations and identify key trends for continuous improvement.
• Support data gathering for regulatory reporting, Risk, and Audit requests.
• Contribute to governance and reporting of services within Cloud & Service Delivery.
