Responsibilities

• Shape key strategic initiatives across the Premier business through commercial planning, analysis, and decision-ready insight
• Support business strategy and shape the future direction of the Premier business
• Lead the collation and review of growth and customer metrics and provide meaningful analysis
• Iterate and develop the Premier customer growth strategy using internal and external data and insight
• Develop and deliver operational performance management information and analysis covering operational performance and capacity through the customer-growth lens
• Produce product-monitoring management information and reporting to enable the customer growth strategy and delivery plan
• Track new-to-Premier customer behaviour
• Manage business data submissions and produce relevant customer-growth data and reporting
