Job summary

Jagex: The RuneScape Company is seeking a Lead Commercial Analyst to own ARPU and subscription performance analysis, aligning with budgets and forecasts. You will develop financial models and Tableau dashboards to shape pricing and long-term planning for RuneScape, partnering with Pricing & Subscription, Data Engineering & BI, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data and analysis, ideally in gaming or subscription-based models.
• Experience in PE-backed or similar environments is a plus.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own ARPU and subscription analysis, tracking vs budgets/forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards for pricing decisions and planning.
• Present findings to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Pricing & Subscription and Data/BI teams to build datasets and dashboards.
