Job summary

AlphaSights is seeking an Associate on the Asia International team in our London office to source US-based experts and coordinate with colleagues across Hong Kong, Seoul, Tokyo, and Shanghai. You will work on multiple client projects and develop cross-cultural communication skills while supporting Western economy insights.

This role emphasizes a client-first mindset, fast-paced delivery, and ongoing upskilling with AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree 2:1 or above).
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English and Japanese (or C2) level; Europe experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end client-expert communications, including phone screening and negotiating with experts to match client requests.
• Leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map industry value chains and engage with relevant experts.
• Understanding project context and the regulatory environment affecting clients and experts.
