Job summary

Aon is seeking a Client Service Adviser to join our SME & Specialisms insurance team in a hybrid role that offers flexibility between virtual work and our Glasgow office. Location is flexible for the right candidate.

You will work independently while supporting the team to deliver top-tier service to assigned clients, negotiate terms, prepare renewal reports and presentations, and build strong relationships with insurers to deliver optimal cover and value.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience across Commercial, Personal Lines or Claims.
• Fully conversant with FCA principles, procedures and process.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with clients and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Work independently while supporting the team to deliver high-quality service to each client.
• Identify improvements in client risk and insurance programmes and implement changes as needed.
• Negotiate new business terms, renewals, mid-term adjustments and cover extensions.
• Prepare marketing presentations and renewal reports to enable full cover comparisons.
• Build effective relationships with insurers and differentiate value offered to clients.
