Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years in client-facing roles within professional services.
• Proven track record of growing key client relationships.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and analytical abilities.
• Team-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for additional Heidrick & Struggles services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end client engagement from proposal to invoicing.
• Manage client expectations and address concerns promptly.
• Provide strategic market insights to clients.
• Support business development through pitches and proposals.
• Track client performance metrics and revenue.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
