• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates to build partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Research and write position specifications and develop an effective search strategy with the Consultant.
• Conduct industry and client research to map the executive talent landscape.
• Assist Consultants in preparing business development materials for clients.
• Contact prospective candidates and gather market intelligence and referrals.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit with specifications.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle and update the Consultant.
