This results-oriented leadership role focuses on building trusted CxO-level relationships, shaping digital transformation agendas, and championing AI-enabled solutions.

You will operate in a two-in-a-box with a Delivery Partner to ensure excellence from strategy to tangible business outcomes, with a hybrid working model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Retail and Consumer Goods sector
• Proven track record of client growth
• Experience negotiating master service contracts, pricing structures, and long-term agreements

Responsibilities

• Define and execute sales strategies and account plans for rapid revenue growth.
• Foster trusted, consultative relationships with senior client executives and CxOs.
• Translate complex business challenges into innovative technology solutions at the intersection of design, engineering, and data.
• Manage lead generation, solution shaping, contracting, staffing, and governance for large transformational deals.
• Provide advisory expertise on Retail and Consumer trends, staying abreast of emerging technologies.
• Champion partnerships with relevant technology firms and internal service lines to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
