Mitie Group plc. in the UK seeks an experienced account leader to own overall UK performance and FM operations across the estate. You will manage dedicated staff and work with the IFM and SME senior management teams to deliver high-quality services and client value.

Responsibilities include maintaining SLA/KPI delivery, profitability, and strong client relationships while ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental standards are fully met across accounts and sites.

Qualifications

• Ensure key SLA's and KPI's are met
• Manage all commercial aspects ensuring expected profitability levels are attained
• To liaise with Suppliers and Sub-contractors, to achieve optimum efficiency

• Builds key relationships with clients across the account
• Manages and is fully accountable for Quality and EHS issues across the accounts and site operations

• Responsible for the management, direction, and continued development of all dedicated staff
• Oversees and manages the delivery model working closely with the IFM and SME senior management teams and other support functions across the business
• Builds key relationships with clients across the account
• Manages and is fully accountable for Quality and EHS issues across the accounts and site operations

Main Duties

• Ensure key SLA's and KPI's are met
• Manage all commercial aspects ensuring expected profitability levels are attained
• Deal with any escalations around client complaints and concerns
• Maximise commercial efficiency providing best value for the client and Mitie
• Manage and identify financial opportunities in direct communication with internal support functions on a regular basis
• To liaise with Suppliers and Sub-contractors, to achieve optimum efficiency
• To have overall responsibility for Health, Safety and Environmental matters
