Job summary

Construct Recruitment seeks an experienced Client Account Manager with a strong M&E background to lead the delivery and governance of a major framework agreement with a key corporate client in London. This is not a project delivery role; you will own how the client account operates across processes, compliance, and performance.

You will bridge client, operations and commercial teams from Canary Wharf, providing oversight, reporting and opportunities for improvement while maintaining commercial

Qualifications

Proven experience managing a structured client framework or major account.
Strong M&E / Building Services background.
Track record of working across multiple projects and workstreams concurrently.
Demonstrated client account management at stakeholder level.
Commercial awareness - quotations, variations, budgets.

Responsibilities

Ensure the framework agreement operates effectively.
Provide reporting and accountability to the client and internal leadership on performance and opportunities.
Manage the key client relationship.
Provide operational oversight across multiple projects and workstreams.
Maintain commercial oversight.
Drive continuous improvement.
