The role leads procurement strategies, tender documentation, tender management and evaluation, contract negotiation, engrossment and execution to ensure governance, risk management, value for money and compliance with Business requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial M&E contracts and procurement.
• Proven tender preparation and evaluation capabilities.
• Strong supplier onboarding and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Document management for supplier activity using the contract system.
• Develop and manage supplier database with compliance documentation.
• Review procurement strategy and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage tendering, negotiations and contract engrossment.
• Monitor contract performance and review KPI outcomes with teams.
