Responsibilities

• Lead business change, transformation and process improvement projects from initiation through to implementation.
• Deliver projects that improve efficiency, controls, customer experience and business performance.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, PBS, IT and the wider business.
• Driving continuous improvement and challenging existing ways of working.
• Supporting automation, digital transformation and technology-enabled solutions.
• Managing project governance, risks, dependencies and delivery plans.
• Acting as a Finance workstream lead within larger programmes where required.
• Ensuring solutions are embedded successfully and deliver sustainable benefits.
