You will govern a complex portfolio, oversee delivery performance, and influence senior stakeholders to enable value realisation.

This role demands strong leadership, governance, risk management, and the ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AML products, services and processes.
• Own and govern portfolio to align with strategic objectives.
• Provide portfolio oversight across delivery and manage risks and performance.
• Establish and maintain portfolio governance, controls and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Manage change projects to deliver on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop and manage project plans with scope, objectives, timelines and resources.
• Communicate with senior management, project teams and external partners to report progress and expectations.
• Lead project teams and ensure resources and skills are in place to meet objectives.
• Oversee project budgets and ensure delivery within agreed financial limits.
• Create progress reports to verify proposed solutions are on track and within budget.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate change management activities including training and communication.
