Barclays is seeking a senior portfolio leader in the UK to govern and optimise complex delivery across multiple locations, including London, Northampton, and Glasgow. The role focuses on aligning portfolio outcomes with strategic themes and regulatory requirements while coordinating governance, reporting and value delivery.

• Strong technical understanding of AML products, services and processes.
• Own and govern Portfolio, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and business outcomes.
• Provide portfolio oversight across delivery, managing strategic dependencies, risks and delivery performance against agreed outcomes.
• Establish and maintain effective portfolio governance, controls and reporting.
• Influence senior stakeholders to enable delivery, remove barriers and create accountability for value realisation.
• Ensure portfolio roadmaps, priorities and outcomes remain aligned to strategic themes and changing business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead management of change projects within the organisation to deliver on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop and manage project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines and resource requirements.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management and external partners, on progress and evolving needs.
• Manage project teams to ensure appropriate resourcing and required skills.
• Control project budgets and create progress reports to track delivery and spend.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate change management activities, including training and communications, to embed change across the organisation.
