Qualifications

• Delivery of Change Impact Assessments and Training Needs Analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with structured and agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful client-focused change actions.
• Strong written communication and ability to produce high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of change activities to support client transformation.
• Shape change strategies and assess impacts across complex or secure environments.
