Job summary

Third Sector in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Strategic Change Lead to drive the people side of its transformation as the charity launches its new three-year strategy.

Reporting to the Programme Director, you will establish change management, coach leaders, build change champions, create communications and training, assess readiness, and use data to measure progress in a hybrid, full-time fixed-term role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex organisational change.
• Experience delivering cross-functional plans.
• Experience managing risks and milestones and providing clear reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Coaching leaders and developing internal capability.
• Adaptability and problem-solving in change contexts.

Responsibilities

• Establishing a practical change management framework to support delivery of the strategy.
• Building and supporting a network of change champions across the organisation.
• Coaching and equipping leaders to guide their teams through change.
• Creating engaging communications, tools, workshops and training for different audiences.
• Assessing change impacts and organisational readiness, identifying barriers and supporting adoption.
