The World is seeking a change leader to steer an organisation-wide transformation within its Christian charity context. You will work closely with senior leaders to translate strategic ambitions into practical change, creating tools, training and experiences that enable adoption across diverse teams.
You will bring substantial experience in leading complex change, delivering cross-functional plans, and providing clear reporting.
Help shape how an organisation works, strengthen its culture and support greater impact for vulnerable children. As the charity launches its new three-year strategy, you will lead the people side of its transformation, ensuring colleagues understand, embrace and sustain new ways of working. Reporting to the Programme Director, you will work closely with senior leaders, project owners, People and Culture, and Internal Communications to turn strategic ambitions into practical change.

You will bring significant experience of leading complex organisational change, alongside strong project or programme management skills. You will have experience delivering cross-functional plans, managing risks and milestones, and providing clear reporting. Confident engaging stakeholders at every level, you will know how to build trust, coach leaders and develop internal capability.
Applicants must be willing to work within a Christian framework and be sensitive to its expression across different cultures and denominations., Other roles you may have experience of could include Change Manager, Organisational Change Lead, Transformation Lead, Change Programme Manager, Business Change Manager or Strategic Transformation Manager.
