Job summary

SoftServe in London is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead enterprise transformation initiatives. You will drive change strategies, assess readiness, and partner with executives to align on transformation goals.

The role emphasizes strong communication, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across HR, IT, and operations, with a flexible work model and opportunities to influence large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or business transformation.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives with technology, process, or organizational change.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter.
• Experience with digital adoption and learning platforms such as WalkMe, Whatfix, Pendo, Trailhead, Agentforce, SAP EnableNOW, or related tools.
• Experience supporting platform implementations such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or SAP.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Familiarity with data-driven reporting and adoption metrics.
• Experience supporting business development and pre-sales activities in a consulting environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for digital transformation and platform adoption.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks and mitigation.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders and ensure alignment across initiatives.
• Design and execute communication plans for employees and leadership.
• Create and manage training and adoption programs leveraging digital tools and AI-based learning.
• Monitor KPIs and adoption metrics using data-driven insights.
• Provide ongoing reporting on progress, adoption, and impact to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor Change Managers and Change Analysts across HR, IT, Operations, and business teams.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including proposals and client discussions.
• Continuously improve change management processes and best practices.
