Job summary

SoftServe is seeking an experienced Product Strategist to guide client engagements and partner with C-level stakeholders to drive product-centric transformations. You will define and implement winning product strategies, aligning business goals with the latest practices and technology capabilities.

You will lead workshops, present compelling business cases, and mentor teams to build customer-centric, data-driven digital offerings that deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in product strategy, transformation, or digital consulting.
• Expert in product operational models and product strategy consulting.
• Proficient in applying modern product and design frameworks (service design, design thinking, design sprints).

Responsibilities

• Lead C-level strategic discussions, negotiate program scope and priorities.
• Drive cross-disciplinary teams through pre-sale, discovery, and definition phases.
• Facilitate engagements across client organizations to align and accelerate decision-making.
• Advocate for organizational change to deliver evolving digital offerings.
• Develop and oversee product/service strategy execution and KPIs/OKRs.
