Job summary

Vattenfall seeks a Senior Manager Strategic- & Change Communication to lead how BU Offshore communicates its strategy, priorities and transformation agenda. You will advise senior leaders, translate complex topics into clear narratives and ensure communications support leadership and change initiatives.

The role offers an international environment, collaboration across functions and opportunities to shape engagement with stakeholders, events and major strategic programs within the wind business.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in communications, business, or related field.
• Proven experience in strategic communication, transformation or change management.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with high-quality materials.
• Experience supporting organisational transformation in international settings.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on strategic, leadership and change communication.
• Develop concepts, narratives, messages supporting strategy and priorities.
• Lead communication for major strategic initiatives and change programs.
• Coordinate management and employee communication formats.
• Produce high-quality materials for executive leadership.
• Collaborate across BU Offshore, BA Wind and Group Functions.
• Plan BA Wind's participation in major wind industry events.
