Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a Sourcing Manager Offshore Logistics & Foundations to own strategic sourcing across offshore logistics, transport & installation and foundations. You will lead end-to-end procurement, develop sourcing strategies, negotiate key contracts, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure best-value solutions for a sustainable energy future.

You will work with a global supplier network, drive stakeholder management, and promote best-in-class procurement

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with ~5 years in high-value CAPEX procurement.
• Experience in offshore/renewables or oil & gas procurement.
• Strong negotiation experience with large spend suppliers.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes for assigned categories and projects.
• Act as single point of contact and chief negotiator with suppliers.
• Develop, tailor, and oversee procurement strategies, contracts, PQQs and ITT materials.
• Steer core tender teams ensuring compliance, transparency and fair competition.
