As CFO you’ll partner with the CEO, shape the financial architecture, lead capital allocation, reserving and underwriting performance, and prepare investors for exit. Equity, strategic influence, and growth await in this unique opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience as an insurance CFO or senior finance leader.
• Significant knowledge of IFRS 17 and/or IFRS 4 and insurance financial management.
• Experience with reserving, capital adequacy frameworks and actuaries.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to drive strategy and growth.
• Lead a best-in-class finance function for a multi-product insurance platform.
• Oversee capital allocation, reserving and underwriting performance.
• Deliver investor and exit readiness for the 2028 exit.
• Provide commercial insight and challenge at Board and Executive level.
• Craft a compelling financial narrative to maximise shareholder value.
