Leeds Diocesan Learning Trust (LDLT) invites applications for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team. You will shape financial strategy across finance, estates, procurement, HR and digital strategy for a growing multi-academy trust with 14 primary schools in Yorkshire.

You will lead a dedicated team, ensure robust governance, sustainability, and school improvement through strategic financial leadership, with a collaborative, values-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Significant senior financial leadership experience in a complex organisation.
• Strong governance, stakeholder and communication skills.
• Experience in education is welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across finance, estates, procurement, HR and digital strategy.
• Lead and develop the finance team and ensure sustainability.
• Support school improvement and governance.
