Job summary

Leeds Diocesan Learning Trust is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team in leading finance, operations and governance for a multi-academy trust of 14 primary schools. The role partners with the CEO and Trust Board to ensure robust financial management and long-term sustainability.

You will oversee estates, procurement, HR and digital strategy, and build a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• Significant senior financial leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Education sector experience welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across finance, business and operational functions.
• Lead and develop a dedicated team, oversee estates, procurement, HR and digital strategy.
