Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd is seeking a Category Manager to join the Category Management Organisation within the Procurement & Commercial Function. You will report to the UK Senior Category Manager and manage Leonardo UK's Technical and supply chain service categories, including test solutions, engineering resource outsourcing and vendor-managed inventory.

The role requires extensive procurement experience, category management knowledge, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive procurement experience, preferably including category management.
• Demonstrable working knowledge of Contract Terms & Conditions.
• Experience in managing a team of professionals in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategy for category ownership impacting multiple UK sites.
• Lead and support a team of procurement professionals.
• Oversee contracts timing, sourcing, tendering, price and contract negotiations across the UK.
