Job summary
Polypipe Building Products in Doncaster is seeking an experienced Category Manager for Belowground & Utilities. You will own the category strategy, drive growth across markets and channels, and lead lifecycle management from concept through to end-of-life, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to deliver sustainable revenue and profitability.

Qualifications
- Experience developing and delivering category or product strategies.
- Strong pricing, margin and revenue growth understanding.
- Experience influencing across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver category strategy and long-term roadmaps.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
- Own lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life.
- Lead cross-functional teams to maximise profitability and performance.
- Develop compelling value propositions with Marketing for campaigns.
- Act as category expert ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate information.
- Build relationships across the business to align priorities.
