Genuit Group's Polypipe Doncaster is seeking an experienced Category Manager - Belowground & Utilities to own the category lifecycle and drive profitability. You will define strategy, manage product portfolio, and partner with Sales and Marketing to deliver growth.

Working across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain, you will ensure regulatory compliance and provide market-leading product information.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical product portfolios in manufacturing or construction.
• Strong pricing, margin and revenue growth skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Ability to turn market insight into commercial action.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver category strategy with long-term roadmaps.
• Identify market opportunities and create go-to-market plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations.
• Manage lifecycle, end-of-life planning, and portfolio optimisation.
