Job summary

WTW in Ipswich is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to foster essential Carrier relationships for FINEX lines in Great Britain. You will monitor performance, attend meetings, and deliver in-depth analyses to enhance client propositions and service.

Qualifications

• Client-facing/broking background preferred.
• Knowledge of FINEX products and related insurance advantageous.
• Strong ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels.
• Ability to analyse and interpret detailed analytical data and reports.
• Understanding of multinational team structures and cultural nuances.
• Attention to detail with a high focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Carriers and monitor performance against service levels.
• Attend client meetings and provide detailed reports and analysis.
• Understand FINEX products and services to improve client proposition.
• Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to the FINEX team.
• Collaborate with FINEX placing/claims teams to align client requirements.
• Coordinate with FMS colleagues globally to ensure data integrity and consistent delivery.
