Job summary

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior building Project Manager or Architect to lead its Capital Development programme. Reporting to the Head of Capital Development, you will deliver major hospital projects by directly managing a team of Capital Project Managers and collaborating with the Estates and Facilities Division.

You will deputise for the Head of Capital Development as required, liaising with Trust staff and external project professionals.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated Project Manager or Architect from construction with team management experience.
• Ability to demonstrate design, project management and strategic management experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver key projects within the Capital Programme.
• Directly manage a team of Capital Project Managers.
• Liaise with Estates and Facilities Division staff and other project professionals.
• Deputise for the Head of Capital Development as required.
