Job summary

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Crewe is seeking a building Project Manager or Architect to lead a Capital Development team delivering a major hospital redevelopment on the Leighton Hospital site.

You will manage projects from feasibility to occupation, coordinating with Estates and Facilities and NHS stakeholders, and deputising for the Head of Capital Development when needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building related discipline; Experience of managing construction projects.
• Projects undertaken in a live environment; Managing projects from feasibility to occupation.
• Experience of design/construction processes, approvals, risk and stakeholder management; healthcare/NHS knowledge.
• Knowledge of HTMs/HBNs in healthcare building design; ability to use design/planning software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver key projects within the Trust's Capital Programme by leading a team of Capital Project Managers.
• Integrate with Estates and Facilities Division and liaise with Trust staff and project professionals.
• Deputise for the Head of Capital Development as required.
