Job summary

London Borough Of Bromley is seeking a senior construction delivery lead to navigate a politically complex and financially constrained environment, delivering construction projects that maximise value for money and enhance services for our community.

You will lead full life cycle delivery (RIBA Stage 0-7) from concept to completion, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget while aligning with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of construction systems of work including Microsoft Project and RIBA Plan of Work Stages.
• Strong understanding of property and construction law, Local Authority procurement legislation, financial rules and construction contracts.
• Familiarity with the Corporate Landlord Model and estate optimisation principles.
• Expertise in construction capital programme governance and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle delivery (RIBA Stage 0-7) from concept to completion.
• Deliver projects on time and on budget, aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead multiple stakeholders, consultants and contractors with professional credibility.
