Job summary

Leonardo is seeking a Campaign and Marketing Manager to join the BriteCloud team at the Luton site. The role will drive campaign activity and marketing leadership across UK and international customers, including NATO and the Middle East, with frequent travel to customer facilities.

The successful candidate will lead all marketing for BriteCloud products and coordinate with internal teams to deliver robust campaigns and bids, while developing materials and messaging for a broad audience in a

Qualifications

• Experience with EW and air platforms in a commercial context.
• Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience negotiating and closing complex international deals.
• Experience developing and leading campaigns in defence or related sectors.
• Knowledge of international trade compliance/export controls.

Responsibilities

• Secure order intake by generating and managing a portfolio of campaigns and opportunities.
• Lead bid activity with Integrated Campaign Teams and across the company.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, end users and partners.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including marketing and capability teams.
• Utilise processes to identify, track and report opportunities to senior management.
• Manage marketing for BriteCloud products and drive campaigns.
