Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd invites applications for a Campaign and Marketing Manager to lead BriteCloud campaigns from its Luton site. The role supports NATO and Middle-East opportunities, blending campaign leadership with strategic marketing across a global customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience with EW and Air platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for briefing senior stakeholders.
• Commercial and financial awareness with international deals.
• Experience developing and leading key sales campaigns in defence.
• Knowledge of international trade compliance and export controls.
• Ability to write compelling marketing content and proposals.
• Strong leadership to deliver outputs under high-pressure bids.
• Willingness to travel frequently to the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Secure order intake to meet forecast targets for current and future years by managing key campaigns.
• Lead and/or support bid activity with Integrated Campaign Teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, end users and industrial partners.
• Coordinate with International Marketing, Capability, Sector IPTs and other functions to report progress.
• Prosecute campaigns using Leonardo’s Business Winning process.
• Lead all marketing management for BriteCloud products and align with sales forecast.
• Develop traditional and digital engagement plans (trade shows, white papers, LinkedIn campaigns, thought leadership).
• Refresh marketing materials and customer deliverables (presentations, briefings, models, data sheets, website).
• Travel frequently to customer facilities in the UK and overseas.
