Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd seeks a Campaign and Marketing Manager for its BriteCloud team at the Luton site. You will drive NATO and Middle‑East campaigns, coordinate with bid teams, and develop marketing strategies to support the five‑year forecast.

The role requires strong communications, leadership, and international market knowledge. You will travel to UK and overseas facilities as needed, with flexible hybrid working arrangements and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Relevant sector experience and commercial knowledge.
• Excellent communications skills, capable of briefing senior stakeholders.
• Commercially and financially aware, with experience in negotiating complex deals.
• Experience leading key sales or strategic campaigns in defence or related sectors.
• Knowledge of international trade compliance regulations and export controls.
• Able to write marketing content and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Own BriteCloud sales campaigns for NATO and Middle-East with internal teams and partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, end users and industrial partners.
• Lead marketing management for BriteCloud products and develop a marketing plan.
• Coordinate with International Marketing, Capability function, Sector IPTs and other functions.
• Ensure opportunities are tracked and reported to senior management.
