Job summary

M TWO Search Ltd in Crawley, UK, is creating a brand-new CAD printing division within an established print and graphics business. You will own the opportunity from day one, build a customer base, and shape the division's direction as it grows.

This is a hands-on commercial role: develop new markets, attract suppliers, manage pricing and margins, and, as the division expands, build and lead a team. Based in Crawley with flexible remote options for the right candidate, the role offers

Qualifications

• Strong background in B2B sales, business development or commercial management.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build long-term relationships.
• Experience in CAD printing or wide-format printing is useful but not essential.
• Open to candidates from outside the industry with strong commercial track record.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow a new CAD printing division serving UK customers.
• Identify opportunities in architectural, engineering, construction and technical printing markets.
• Develop customer relationships, generate sales and coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Develop sales channels via website, phone and marketing activities.
• As the division grows, build your own team and guide its long-term development.
