INFORM3 Recruitment in Co. Tyrone is seeking a Buyer to join a leading manufacturing company. The role focuses on maintaining stock levels and generating a purchasing plan aligned with sales forecasts.

The candidate will work with suppliers, manage stock, and collaborate across departments to optimise production and costs. Strong communication, negotiation and planning skills are essential for success.

Qualificações

• 3+ years' experience as a Buyer within Manufacturing Industry.
• Excellent Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication.
• Ability to communicate strongly and form good working relationships.
• Ability to be a strong negotiator.
• Ability to be a good team player.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Report to the Purchasing Manager of any relevant information that may be important and relevant.
• Maintain stock levels in stores with an organised system.
• Determine stock requirements based on demand and place orders accordingly.
• Place orders with varied supply base to meet customer demand.
• Minimise stock holding and maintain pricing.
• Work with suppliers to resolve issues and build relationships to improve performance.
• Keep customer service and sales informed on production information.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve queries and streamline processes.
• Plan, monitor and report on material levels to optimise production.
• Identify areas for cost saving or inventory reduction.
