Stiltz Homelifts in Kingswinford, West Midlands, seeks an experienced Buyer to manage purchasing and supplier relationships from our head office.

You will raise POs in NetSuite, source suppliers, negotiate terms and ensure stock is on hand. Strong Excel skills and full purchase-to-delivery experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Buyer or in purchasing.
• Experience managing full purchase-to-delivery.
• Experience sourcing suppliers and negotiating prices.
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables).
• Commercial awareness of costs and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Raise and manage purchase orders in ERP (NetSuite).
• Source suppliers, request quotes and compare total cost.
• Negotiate prices, lead times and terms.
• Maintain stock levels and purchasing records.
• Forecast demand and perform monthly stock checks.
• Check deliveries against POs and resolve issues.
• Monitor supplier delivery and quality.
• Report on spend, savings and supplier performance.
• Assist in improving purchasing processes.
