You will act as a trusted partner, identifying opportunities, connecting businesses with relevant services and funding, and representing the organisation at events.

Qualifications

• Senior account/relationship management experience with credibility in conversations with senior decision-makers.
• Ability to develop strategic client/account plans and identify commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of key business accounts.
• Build strong relationships with MDs, owners, shareholders and directors.
• Hold regular strategic conversations to understand challenges and growth plans.
• Develop account plans and proactively identify ways to add value.
• Provide practical business support and signposting to services and funding.
• Facilitate introductions and identify commercial opportunities between businesses.
• Monitor account activity and engagement using CRM.
• Represent the organisation at business events and meetings.
