• BD experience within construction, workplace design & build or commercial fit-out.
• Track record of generating opportunities and winning work.
• Confident in building relationships across London’s construction and property market.

Responsibilities

• Develop warm leads and generate new opportunities.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and industry contacts.
• Represent the business at meetings, events and networking opportunities.
• Understand clients’ workplace plans, requirements and timescales.
• Progress opportunities into project wins with the wider team.
