Job summary

Bimplus, a leading London-based construction consultancy, seeks an ambitious Director to drive growth and diversify the London office across commercial, residential, hospitality and private-sector markets.

Reporting to the leadership team, you will win work, develop client relationships, build a team and shape the future direction of the London business, leveraging your established network and track record to deliver long-term value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in construction/property consultancy.
• Proven track record of winning work and generating fees.
• Established London network with opportunities ready to convert.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Relevant construction/property degree and professional qualification (MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB).

Responsibilities

• Grow London Project Management offering and expand into commercial, residential, hospitality sectors.
• Develop new business to generate opportunities and convert relationships into instructions for the business.
• Lead client relationships and provide senior oversight on project delivery.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team around the director.
