Job summary

Expleo is seeking a Business Continuity Business Analyst to lead analysis, design and implementation of continuity arrangements across the organisation. You will work with leaders and SMEs to identify critical services, assess impacts, define recovery requirements and develop practical continuity plans aligned with crisis management and IT service recovery.

The role combines business analysis with resilience know-how, focusing on governance, BIAs and scenario exercises to strengthen operational

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, change and resilience programmes.
• Experience in Energy & Utilities or regulated environments preferred.
• Ability to engage with senior leaders and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIAs to identify critical services and impacts.
• Define recovery requirements and assist in exercises.
• Translate analysis into practical continuity plans and actions.
